Malcolm is one of the UK’s leading experts on risk management, in addition to his other specialisms which span governance, audit, finance, regulatory compliance and IT.  He has worked extensively in the financial services sector, but he has worked in other sectors as well.  Malcolm has been involved in finance raising, start ups, cost reduction, mergers and acquisitions, major project delivery, and outsourcing.  He has managed interfaces with regulators, suppliers, clients, trade associations, unions and media.  He also has significant international experience. Malcolm is an experienced chairman and chair of board committees (audit, risk, nomination, remuneration), and has an extensive network of contacts.
